Well Building Consultancy is co-founded by:-

• Jonathan
• ARB registered, RIBA chartered architect, with diverse experience gained in top named UK practices both in the private and public sectors, working in:- historic conservation (from Grade I WIlton House, Salisbury through to rural farmsteads); low energy retrofit, education, commercial buildings; private and social housing, public, civic and heritage tourism estate (eg: the Palmerston Forts).  Jonathan has civic awards in historic building care and re-use.  He is PassivHaus trained, has award winning lead consultant EnerPHit delivery experience and is qualified by the Centre of Retrofit Excellence (CoRE) as a certified retrofit co-ordinator.  He is an AECB member and has been a Carbonlite Retrofit (CLR) course pilot advisor and is CLR certified.  He has experience as a factual witness in litigation mediation and in CPR Part 35 compliant expert witness work.

• Sally
• a qualified Feng Shui practitioner, a trained, registered psychiatric nurse, qualified with an MA post-graduate academic and working background in psychology and mental health.  Sally has developed a far-reaching interest in electromagnetic radiation from both a scientific reading and personal perspective.  She brings this knowledge and experience to bear upon assessing existing environments, and in designing new, or revised environments in order to make them as benign as possible.  Sally has worked extensively prior to this business managing adult mental health care and in elderly complex care.  She has full DBS / criminal records disclosure.
